Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the developer of WeatherStyle ("we", "us") regarding your use of the WeatherStyle mobile application and any related services (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App and takes precedence over these Terms where the two conflict. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the App.
• Use automated systems, scripts or bots to access the App or its services.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us and our licensors.

You may use the App as a guest or create an account. Creating an account is optional, but we recommend it: purchases, coin balances and premium membership are linked to your account, and using the App as a guest means this data may be lost if you reinstall the App or change devices.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the App; deleting your account removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

WeatherStyle offers optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions (currently Smart and Elite). Premium membership reduces or removes advertising and grants a daily coin reward. The subscription name, length and price are always displayed on the purchase screen inside the App, in your local currency, before you confirm any payment.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: On iOS, go to Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play app and go to Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Price changes: If we change the price of a subscription, you will be notified by the store and asked to accept the new price before it takes effect.
• Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from, under that store's policy.

Coins are a virtual item used inside the App to pay for features such as virtual try-on and AI-assisted analysis. Coins can be earned for free (daily rewards, watching ads) or purchased as consumable in-app products.

• Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Coin packs are consumable products. Under Apple's and Google's rules, consumable purchases cannot be restored after they have been used or after the App is reinstalled.
• Premium subscriptions can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" button on the store screen in the App.
• We may change the coin cost of a feature or the size of coin rewards. Coins already in your balance remain usable.

The App uses artificial intelligence to produce outfit suggestions, style analysis and virtual try-on images. This output is generated automatically and is provided for inspiration only.

• Recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Use your own judgement, particularly regarding weather conditions and your health or safety.
• Virtual try-on images are simulations. They do not represent how a garment will actually fit, drape or look on you.
• Weather data is supplied by third-party providers and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely on the App for decisions where inaccurate weather information could cause harm.

Some features let you upload a photo of yourself or of clothing items. You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely in order to provide the requested feature to you.

• Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, or that depicts other people without their consent.
• Do not upload photos of children.

We may automatically reject uploads that appear to breach these rules. How uploaded content is stored and deleted is described in our Privacy Policy.

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, our servers or our third-party providers.
• Attempt to obtain coins, premium features or rewards by fraudulent means, including manipulating ad rewards or purchase receipts.
• Use the App to build a competing product or to train another machine-learning model.

The App relies on third-party services, including app stores, payment and subscription infrastructure, cloud hosting, weather data providers and advertising networks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, including the content of advertisements shown in the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, in particular the Acceptable Use section. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and, if you wish, deleting your account from within the App. Cancelling a subscription must be done through the store you purchased it from.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
